Read-a-thon in March

Read it!...  Just, read it!
This March VUES will be having a Read-a-Thon. It will be similar to other events VUES has done in the past, such as Jump Rope For Heart. During the Read-a-Thon kids will be invited to get sponsors to donate money for every minute that the child reads. The Read-a-Thon will last for the whole month of March! All of the donations will go to the VUES community group to help make more fun things in the future possible.

POPS January Assembly

We are trying to fill the fish bowl with ping pong balls to have a big school wide party.  If students are following the POPS behavior, they get to put a ping pong ball into the fish tank.   Mrs. Sargent showed us how we are about half way to our goal!

A representative from the National Bank of Middlebury spoke to students at an assembly.  In this picture, she is teaching VUES to save money for the future by using a banking account.
